I already knew how to eat well, but Derek got me on the New Metabolism Cleanse. Not the kind where you sip fluid with maple syrup or some crazy thing. These are two weeks, eliminating caffeine, sugar, alcohol. You have two protein shakes a day, a snack and one sensible meal. When you finish, you feel so good!
I’ve got some BIG goals I’m going to accomplish in 2013 so I wanted to hit the New Year on all cylinders. To reset my metabolism, I did the New Metabolism Cleanse. The weight loss result of my experience on it was that I went down 19.2 pounds over the 14 days of the cleanse!
